How to use your Uber or Uber Eats voucher?
Purchase the voucher benefit through Atlas, and once the purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive a message directly in the Uber app letting you know that the voucher is already loaded into your account. You don’t need to do anything else, but if you’d like to check where your voucher is or how much balance you have left, follow these steps:
To view the voucher in your Uber account:
Open the Uber app on your mobile.
Go to the main menu and click on "Account".
Then select "Payment Method".
A wallet screen will appear. Scroll down and choose the "Voucher" option.
There, you’ll see your voucher in the account or the remaining balance if you’ve already started using it.
Use Your Voucher:
In Uber: The voucher amount will automatically be deducted from the cost of your upcoming rides, as long as the balance covers all or part of the trip.
In Uber Eats: The balance will be applied to eligible food or delivery orders.
If the voucher value doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using the card linked to your account.
