How to use the Éxito gift card?


What’s included?

This is a digital voucher valid for a single purchase in-store at any Éxito, Carulla, or Surtimax branch.

What is the purchase process?

After purchasing the voucher, you will receive a code that must be nominated. This means you will need to fill out a form with the beneficiary's details, including full name, ID number, and phone number. This will link the gift card to that person’s name.

How is it used?

You can use the voucher by providing your agreement number at the checkout of any Éxito branch and presenting your national ID or another identification document.

How do I see the voucher code?

Once you purchase the voucher, you will immediately receive the code to nominate it. Then, you can go to any Éxito location with your ID to redeem it. The cashier will ask for the beneficiary's physical ID to confirm the amount and availability.

When is it activated?

The voucher is activated five (5) business days after you receive and nominate it.

Does it have an expiration date?

Yes, the voucher is valid for one year.

Do I have to use the full voucher balance in one purchase?

You must use the entire balance in a single purchase; it cannot be split between multiple purchases.

Can I use this voucher for online purchases?

No, the voucher is for in-store use only. It is not valid for purchases on websites or mobile apps.

Can I transfer this voucher to someone else?

No, the voucher is personal and non-transferable.
