Access the app and go to the 'benefits' tab.

In 'all benefits', select your country and choose the category.

Choose your benefit. In 'See benefit' you can read the terms and expand the information about it.

From 'View benefit,' press 'Purchase benefit'.

After purchasing the benefit, it will move to 'in process' under the 'active benefits' tab. At this stage, a button will appear that allows you to contact support to clarify all your doubts. 😀

When the activation of the benefit is complete, it will transition from 'in process' to 'active benefit' and will be ready for use.

Next, you will receive an email with everything you need to know to use your benefit.
