How to enable and disable collaborators?

Register per collaborator:

  1. Log in to the admin platform.

  2. Click on the "Team" section.

  3. Then, click on "Add Person."

  4. Next, enter the details of the collaborator you want to add and click on "Create User." That's it! You’ve successfully added a new collaborator.

⚠️ Please note that the start date refers to the day the collaborator will receive points in their Atlas account, as well as the welcome email with access credentials.

We will notify you once the registration is complete.

Registration with CSV:

  1. Log in to the admin platform.

  2. Click on the "Team" section.

  3. Then, click on "Add from CSV."

  4. Next, download the CSV template and add the information of the people you want to register in Atlas. Make sure the data of your collaborators follows the exact order indicated in the CSV file.

  5. Then, attach or upload the file and click on "Upload People." That's it! You’ve successfully added collaborators using the CSV.

    Deactivating collaborators:

  1. Log in to the admin platform.

  2. Click on the "Team" section.

  3. Search for the collaborator you want to deactivate and click on the three dots on the right side.

  4. Then, click on "Deactivate User."

  5. Next, enter the date from which you want to deactivate the user and confirm the deactivation.

⚠️ Important:

Points are renewed on the first day of each month. If you don't want them to renew, you must set the deactivation date to the last day of the previous month.

For example, a deactivation scheduled for November 1st will mean the collaborator will receive the points for November. If the deactivation is on October 31st, the points will not be renewed.
