Using points through the app:
1. Purchase the benefit:
Log in to the Atlas app, choose the Wellhub plan that best suits you, and complete the purchase. If you're unsure which plan to choose, you can compare the available options here.
For plans acquired as benefits or purchased through the app:
2. Check your email:
After completing the purchase, you’ll receive an email titled [Atlas] Activate your Wellhub account at your personal email address, with instructions on how to activate your account. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.
This email will include:
Your login email with the domain @heyatlas-benefits.com.
The name of the plan you purchased.
Step-by-step instructions to validate your Wellhub account.
3. Download the Wellhub app
Download the Wellhub app on your phone via Google Play or the App Store.
Log in using the
@heyatlas-benefits.comemail you received.
On the first screen, the Diamond plan might appear by default.
If this isn’t the plan you purchased, click on "choose other plans" and select the one mentioned in your Atlas email, where it says:
“We’re glad to inform you that you can now activate your Wellhub XXXXX plan.”
4. Activate your plan
Inside the app:
Confirm the correct plan (e.g., Platinum)
Select the option Payroll payment so the payment is correctly processed through Atlas
Important: If you select a different plan than the one you purchased, your selection and the price will change. If this happens, please contact us at clientes@heyatlas.com.
That’s it! Your Wellhub plan is now active and ready to use.
Explore the gyms and wellness centres available and make your first check-in via the app.
If you experience any issues at the gym, we recommend asking at the front desk how to use the service.
Each location may have different access policies depending on its agreement with Wellhub.
Forgot your Wellhub password?
You can reset it from the login screen of the Wellhub app by clicking on "Forgot your password?"
