Step 1: Contact us to choose your plan
Send us an email at clients@heyatlas.com letting us know you'd like to activate a wellness benefit and which platform you're interested in. Our team will send you the corresponding link so you can explore the available plans and choose the one that best fits your needs.

Step 2: Subscription activation
Once you've selected your plan, the Atlas team will create your subscription and you'll receive an activation email directly to your registered email address.
We'll also send you a payment link to complete the process. You can pay using your Atlas Card or any other card of your preference.
Want to upgrade your plan?
If you already have an active subscription and would like to switch to a higher-tier plan, the process is the same: reach out to clients@heyatlas.com and we'll handle the change. We'll send you a payment link only for the difference between your current plan and the new one.
Want to cancel or modify your subscription?
To cancel or make any changes to your active subscription, write to us at clients@heyatlas.com requesting the cancellation or modification. Our team will process your request and confirm once it's been completed.
