How Do Health Services Work in Atlas?
Health or prepaid options vary depending on the country where the employee is located. Likewise, the enrollment process may differ.
In general, the employee receives health benefits through the platform. From Atlas, we will reach out to request the following information:
Personal information (age is very important)
If the employee already has a health plan
If they want to include family members as dependent
Any pre-existing conditions
With this information, the actual value of the benefit will be determined, and enrollment with the providers can proceed.
👉 The prices published are estimates and may vary based on factors such as pre-existing conditions or age. If the final cost differs from the points used, other payment methods can be evaluated (such as allocating more points or making additional payments).
⚠️ In Argentina, the prepaid providers Osde and Swiss Medical have a quote tool on our platform. By using it, an estimated cost can be obtained.
Important:
Do not cancel your current coverage until you have received full confirmation of enrollment with the new provider.
If you have any pre-existing conditions, please inform us, as this may affect the cost of the premium, as determined by the provider.
For self-employed individuals, it is not possible to deduct social security contributions. The offered rate corresponds to that of a direct member (in the case of OSDE and Swiss Medical).
