Log in to your account at https://cards.heyatlas.com/.
Click Start validation to begin the KYC process.
Review and accept the Terms and Conditions to continue.
Under Business registration location, select United States.
Verify your business by entering:
Legal entity name
Tax ID (EIN)
Principal place of business address
(Use the information exactly as it appears on your certificate of incorporation.)
Complete your Business profile by providing details about your industry, main product or service, website, estimated monthly turnover, and business location.
Verify the business owner(s) by confirming their information and providing their government-issued ID details as requested.
Important: CAPTCHA checks
Throughout the process, you may see an “I’m not a robot” or similar verification step. Make sure to complete these checks each time by clicking Verify.
If you are not the business owner
If you are completing the KYC as an applicant, not the owner:
Select the option indicating you are not the business owner.
You will be prompted to upload a photo of your passport (or another accepted government-issued ID).
The system will then ask you to take a selfie to complete identity verification.

Troubleshooting
Ensure all information matches your official documents exactly.
Check that uploaded photos are clear, well-lit, and meet file size and format requirements.
If verification fails repeatedly, contact Atlas Support with screenshots and the error message.
