To activate your Atlas Card, you need to go through a short flow inside the app. Below, you’ll find all the screens exactly as they appear, in the correct order, along with a simple explanation for each step.
Initial introduction
The app shows you a quick introduction to your Atlas Card and how it works. Tap “Continue” to move forward.
Identity confirmation
The app will prompt you to enter your 6-digit password to continue. After that, you’ll see the option to enable Face ID for faster access to your card details.
Complete your personal information
Enter the requested information to proceed.
Card verification
Once you submit your form, your card enters a verification process. This may take up to 24 business hours.
Your card is ready to use
When the verification is complete, you’ll see your active card along with your available balance. From this screen, you can add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
