It is possible to transfer your Amazon account to another country or region, and in doing so, you transfer your digital content to the new account. This way, you can also purchase content in the Kindle Store using your local currency.
You can transfer your account back to the previous country or region at any time, as long as you have an active billing address in that country.
⚠️ If you create a new Amazon account instead of transferring the existing one, purchases will not be shared between the accounts. You will have separate login credentials for each account.
Note: It is not possible to transfer an Amazon.co.jp or Amazon.cn account to another country or region.
To transfer your account from your current country to another: 👇
Go to "Manage Your Content and Devices" and click on "Preferences."
Click "Change" under "Country Settings."
Select or enter your address and click "Update."

Once you have everything ready, select the option to transfer your account and complete the process.
