How do I use Cabify coupons?
Cabify is a benefit that works through coupon codes. That means, by redeeming your balance, you'll receive a discount coupon that you need to load as credit in the Cabify app to use it.
What is Credit? 🤔
Credit is one of the payment methods you can use to travel with Cabify.
To add this payment method, you need to receive a code from a company, which will cover the cost (in this case, Atlas). This credit will be consumed as you travel with Cabify around your city.
How to use the codes?
To apply the credit code, follow these steps:
Get the code from the Atlas app:
When you purchase the benefit in the Atlas app, you will receive a discount code. This will appear both on your screen and in a confirmation email.Open the Cabify app:
Launch the Cabify app on your phone.Access your profile:
Go to your profile by tapping the corresponding icon in the top corner of the screen.Look for the Credit option:
Within your profile, you’ll find the "Credit" section (or "Saldo" if the app is in Spanish).Add code:
Click on "Do you have a company code? Add" in the credit section.Enter the code:
Input the code you received from Atlas.Request your ride:
Once the code is activated, the discount will be automatically applied to the final price when you request a ride.
Can multiple codes be accumulated?
Yes, you can accumulate codes and increase your credit. You just need to follow the procedure to add credit.
Does the credit expire?
The credit does not expire, but it’s important to know that you do have a deadline to redeem your code. This deadline will be indicated by the company that provided you with the code. If you have any questions about the timeframe, please contact them.
What products can I use the credit on?
You can use the credit on products with a driver. The following products are excluded: Motorcycle and Carsharing.
What happens if my credit is insufficient? 👀
If the amount of credit is less than the cost of the ride you want to request, you will need to switch to another payment method.
Errors when entering a code:
If the code you entered has resulted in an error, it could be for several reasons:
The code has already been used: if you are sure you didn’t use it, contact the person or company that generated it for you.
The code is misspelled: try again, paying attention to the dashes and uppercase letters.
