  • In which countries can I use this benefit?

The Smartfit benefit is available in Colombia.

  • What does it include?

A discount coupon to use as a payment method at Smartfit Colombia.

  • How do I activate it?

Get this benefit from the "Wellness" section of the Atlas platform. Click on "Get Benefit," and you’ll see the coupon code displayed on the screen (it will also be sent to you by email).

  • How do I use the coupon in person?

Go to the Smartfit location where you plan to train with your ID and the coupon. At the counter, they will help you complete the process through the Smartfit website.

  • How do I use the coupon online?

  1. Go to this website and redeem your coupon: https://www.smartfit.com.co/vip# 👈🏼 This is the only site where it can be redeemed.

  2. Fill out the form and complete your registration.

  3. Once registered, you’ll need to go to the location with your ID to finalize the registration there.

  • What can I use the coupon for?

The coupon can be used to cover the monthly membership fee at Smartfit. You can choose any plan, as long as the coupon amount covers it.

  • How is this benefit paid for?

This is a single-use benefit. You must acquire it each time you want to use it.

  • Which locations accept the coupon?

  • What should I keep in mind?

IMPORTANT:

  • The coupon grants access to all facilities and services in Colombia and other countries where SMART FIT operates. It allows you to bring the same guest up to five (5) times per month or five (5) different guests once per month, not exceeding a total of five (5) people per month. It also includes access to massage chairs, the Smart Fit Go app, and group classes.

  • This coupon cannot be used for enrollment fees, annual maintenance fees, and does not incur penalties for minimum stay clauses.

  • The coupon does not include personal training, nor does it allow for freezing, refunds, transfers, or assignment of the plan holder.
