What happens to my points if I no longer work for my company?

Employees who leave the company will continue to have access to their Atlas account indefinitely, even after resignation or contract termination.

Atlas accounts are independent of your employment relationship, meaning you'll always be able to access them, ensuring the availability of your remaining points or the option to acquire a points subscription. Keeping your Atlas account is completely free.

The process is as follows:

  • Your employer will notify us of your termination.

  • If your Atlas account is linked to a corporate email, we will send you an email requesting your personal email address.

  • If you have active subscriptions, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to keep them until the points are used or to acquire a new subscription.

  • We will ensure that your Atlas account remains available whenever you want to use it.

Note: In some cases, the availability of remaining points is directly linked to the contract signed by your employer with Atlas.
