How can I download the Atlas mobile app?

Download the app using the following links:

When you download it, you'll see this icon on your screen.

Log in with your Atlas credentials to use the app.

What can I do with the mobile app?

  • View your balance.

  • Access the Help Center.

  • View and redeem your gifts.

  • Check your active subscriptions.

  • Re-purchase one-time benefits.

  • Explore all available benefits (subscriptions and one-time).

  • Purchase one-time benefits.

  • Search for benefits.

  • Change the country and language.

How can I re-purchase a benefit?

If the benefit is one-time, you can re-purchase it in the app. To do so:

  1. Go to the benefit through "Choose again"

  2. Choose the value.

  3. Confirm the purchase.

You’ll receive the code on-screen and via email.

How can I view all the benefits?

To see all the benefits available in your country, select "Find your next benefit." You can then explore all categories.

Use the search button if you’re looking for something specific.

Can I purchase the same benefits as on the web platform?

In the mobile app, you can view the same benefits as on the web platform. However, at the moment, it’s only possible to purchase one-time benefits. We are working to make subscription benefits available soon.

Can I only purchase one-time benefits that I’ve bought before?

No, you can purchase any available one-time benefits, even if you haven’t bought them before.

How can I change the language or country?

In the top left corner, select your profile picture. A screen will open where you can edit the language and country of residence. Tap the pencil icon to update your account settings.

From this same screen, you’ll also have the option to log out.
