How does the sign-up process work?
When your employer enrolls you, you’ll get an email to activate your Atlas account. Click “Activate account,” create your password, and download our app.
Then log in to the app with your email and the password you created.
You’re all set to start using Atlas! If you don’t see your points right away, no worries—they’ll be credited to your account shortly so you can start enjoying your benefits.
How do I redeem my credit for a benefit?
Go to the “Find your next benefit” tab and choose a category. You’ll see the available options. When you’re ready, open the benefit, tap Continue, and confirm your purchase.
How do I cancel a benefit?
You can request a cancellation via in-app chat or by emailing clientes@heyatlas.com.
I made a purchase but changed my mind within the 48-hour activation window. Can I cancel it?
Purchases are processed immediately and can’t be reversed once completed.
What’s the difference between subscription benefits and one-time benefits?
Subscription benefits: The cost is deducted from your Atlas budget on a monthly or annual basis.
One-time benefits: If you want to use them again, you’ll need to purchase them again.
Can I use my credit to buy a benefit for someone else? For example, to enroll my partner in Atlas.
Yes. Send support the benefit you want to grant plus the person’s name and email address.
Note: This isn’t available for all benefits.
How can I change my email address in Atlas?
Email clientes@heyatlas.com with your request. Please include your current email and the new email you’d like us to update it to.
