Pay your bills with your Atlas points
What is the Services category?
In the Services category, you'll find household services you can pay for using your Atlas points. For now, this option is only available for internet payments in Argentina, but we’ll soon be adding more countries and services such as electricity, water, and more.
How can I pay my bills?
Just open the app, go to Find your next benefit, and choose the Services category.
Select the service you want to pay and enter your payment reference number. Then, tap Continue.
Next, you’ll see the payment details: the amount and the number of points to be deducted. Tap Confirm — and that’s it!
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly with the operation details and your payment receipt.
⚠️ Please note:
If for any reason the payment doesn’t go through, your points will be refunded.
You'll receive an Atlas Operation ID in your email, which we can use to track the transaction in case of any issues.
You’ll also get a receipt for the completed payment in the same email.
Where can I find the payment reference number?
The payment reference number is on the bill you want to pay — usually at the top, near the total amount, or in the payment details section. It may appear as Reference, Reference Number, or Payment Reference.
How long does it take for the payment to be processed?
The payment may take up to 72 hours to be reflected by the service provider.
Do I need to pay on the service provider’s website or through Atlas?
To use your points, you need to make the payment through the Atlas app.
How do I know how many points I’ll use to pay my bills?
Once you select the service and enter the payment reference number, you’ll see a screen with all the payment details:
Amount to pay
Number of Atlas points to be used
Remaining balance
Tap Confirm to complete the payment.
⚠️ Please note that the exchange rate is set by the service provider, not by Atlas.
Will the service payment be automatically charged every month?
No. Each month, if you want to pay your bills with points, you need to open Atlas, find the service, enter the payment reference number from the bill, and complete the payment.
What services can I pay for?
For now, you can only pay for internet services in Argentina, but we will be adding more soon.
Can I combine different payment methods?
You can only use points to pay for your services through Atlas. Remember, if you don't have enough points, you can always add more.
