Wellhub (formerly Gympass):

  • What is Wellhub?

Wellhub is a platform that connects employees with a variety of wellness services, including fitness, mental health, therapy, nutrition, sleep improvement, and more, all under a single subscription.

  • In which countries is this benefit available?

Currently, Wellhub is available in: Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Brazil.
We are working to make it available in many more countries soon.🙌🏼

  • What’s included?

When you acquire this benefit, you will receive the access credentials for the Wellhub plan you have selected. You will be able to use all the available options in your Wellhub account.

  • How do I activate it?

From "Wellbeing", go to the Wellhub benefit, select your preferred plan, and click "buy this benefit". Shortly, you will receive your access credentials via email.

  • How long does it take to activate?

We will send you the credentials within a maximum of 24 business hours after acquiring the benefit on Atlas (usually much less!). 🙂

  • How do I start going to the gym with Wellhub?

If you’ve already accessed your Wellhub account and wish to attend one of its gym options in person, it's best to contact or visit the gym's location. There, they will assist you with the link between Wellhub and the gym.

👉 It’s necessary to link the gym with Wellhub in order to start using its services.

  • How is it paid?

The payment for this benefit is monthly. The corresponding points will be debited from your Atlas account on the first day of each month.

  • How do I know which plan to choose?

If you already know which gym or platform you want to use, you can search for it on Wellhub to find out which plan it belongs to. You can also search for gyms near your home.

👉 Also, in the "Plans and Prices" option on Wellhub’s website, you can see what each plan includes.

  • How do I change my plan?

If you wish to change your Wellhub plan, please email us at clientes@heyatlas.com. Do not change it directly through Wellhub.

  • Can I add family members?

Currently, you can only gift Wellhub to your family members by following 👉 this procedure. It is not possible to use your Atlas points to provide Wellhub to third parties.

  • How do I cancel the benefit?

From our platform, in "Active Benefits," go to Wellhub, open it, and click "Cancel Subscription." We will proceed with canceling the benefit.

👉 Please note that if you do not want to be charged for the benefit, you must cancel it before the end of the previous month. All subscription-based benefits renew (and are charged) on the first day of each month.
