Add family members to your Wellhub (Gympass) account.
Now, at Atlas we no longer provide individual Wellhub accounts for guests. The new method is for guests to be added directly through the Wellhub account of the employee receiving the Atlas benefit.
⚠️ Important: You can only add up to 3 family members, who may be parents, children, a partner, or a spouse. Keep in mind that if you add a family member, you will need to pay an additional subscription fee.
There are two options for adding family members (depending on the version of the Wellhub platform you have):
👉 In version A:
Log in to the Wellhub app, go to Profile, and select the settings icon.
Select Account, then Family Members.
Choose a plan, or select Add new subscription if you already have family members added, and then click Continue.
If needed, add a new payment method or proceed with the one you already have on file, and select Subscribe.
Click Send link and share it with your family member so they can complete the registration.
👉 In version B:
Log in to the Wellhub website or app and click the arrow next to your name.
Select Family, then Add new family member; if you don’t see this option, you might not be eligible to add family members.
Select a plan for your family member.
Provide your family member’s email and contact information.
If necessary, provide the requested payment information.
