Where can I see my points?
You can find your points in your wallet, at the top right corner of the app’s home screen.
How much is one point worth in Atlas?
Each point equals $1 USD. The final price of a coupon or product may vary depending on provider fees.
Do points expire?
Points expire 12 months after they’re credited if not used and won’t be refunded.
They expire on the first day of the 12th month after the credit date, regardless of the exact day they were added.
Example: if your points were credited on November 20, 2024, they’ll expire on November 1, 2025.
Can I gift my points to a coworker?
Not yet—we’re working on this feature for the coming months.
Can I use all my credit on a single benefit?
Yes. You can spend your credit however you like—either all on one benefit or split across several.
What happens if I don’t use all my credit in a month?
No problem. Any unused credit will stay available for you to use in future months.
Can I add my own money if my company budget isn’t enough?
Yes, you can purchase extra points if you’d like.
