How to Add Funds to Your Atlas Account

Step-by-step guide to adding funds to your Atlas account

What is this for?

Fund your Atlas account to have available balance and assign cards to your team. Funding is processed through our financial provider, Airwallex.

Who can do this?

Account administrators only.

Prerequisites:

✓ KYC completed and approved


Steps:

1. Start the funding process

  • Log in to your Atlas account

  • Click on "Add funds"


2. Review the banking details

On the right side, you'll see your Airwallex account information:

  • Name: [your company name]

  • Account number

  • Routing number

  • Swift/BIC

  • Bank name

💡 Tip: Use the copy icon next to each field to avoid errors.

This is an example:


3. Calculate the transfer amount

On the left side:

  • Enter the amount you need for your team's cards

  • The system will automatically calculate the Atlas fee

  • You'll see the total amount to transfer (amount + fee)

Example:

  • Card balance: $1,230 USD

  • Atlas fee (5%): $80 USD

  • 25 cents per transfer

  • Total to transfer: $1,310.25 USD ← This is the amount you must send


4. Make the bank transfer

  • From your corporate bank account, make a transfer for the total amount (including the fee)

  • Use the banking details from step 2

  • The fee will be automatically deducted upon receiving the funds


5. Confirm you made the transfer

  • Click on "I have made a transfer"

  • Optionally, you can click "Send info via email" to receive the details via email


Important points:

⏱️ Crediting time: Funds may take between 24 and 48 hours to be reflected in your account.

💰 About the fee: The Atlas % is automatically deducted from the transfer you send. Make sure to transfer the total amount indicated by the system.

🏢 Fund ownership: The Airwallex account is under your company's name. The deposited funds are 100% property of your company, not Atlas.

Q: Can I transfer from any bank?
A: Yes, as long as it's a corporate account under your company's name.

Q: What happens if more than 48 hours have passed and I don't see the funds?
A: Write to us at clientes@heyatlas.com or contact your KAM so we can check with the provider.

Q: How do I request an invoice?
A: Invoices are issued on demand. Request it from clientes@heyatlas.com or your KAM indicating the amount and date of the transfer.

Q: Can I add funds more than once?
A: Yes, you can fund your account whenever you need more available balance.
