Can I use all my credit on a single benefit?
Yes, you can use it however you like. You can spend all your credit on one benefit or spread it across multiple ones you like.
What happens if I don’t use all my credit within the month?
No worries — your remaining credit will stay available for use in the following months.
Can I add money if the budget my company gave me isn't enough?
Yes, you can purchase extra points if you wish.
How can I redeem my credit for a benefit?
Go to the "Find your next benefit" tab and select a category. You'll then see the available benefits. Once you've decided on one, open it, click "Continue," and confirm your purchase.
How can I cancel a benefit?
Open the benefit you wish to cancel from the "Active benefits" tab. There, you’ll see the “Cancel renewal” button. Click it, confirm, and that’s it — your benefit will be canceled.
If I made a purchase but changed my mind within the 48 hours it takes to activate, can I cancel it?
The benefit purchase is processed automatically, so once it's done, it cannot be reversed.
What’s the difference between subscription benefits and one-time benefits?
👉 Subscription benefits: These are deducted from your Atlas budget monthly or annually.
👉 One-time benefits: You need to purchase them again each time you want to use them.
Can I use my credit to get a benefit for someone else? For example, signing my partner up for Atlas.
Yes, you can. Just contact support with the benefit you'd like to gift, and provide the name and email address of the person.
This does not apply to all benefits.
How can I change my email address on Atlas?
To update the email address on your Atlas account, send a request to clientes@heyatlas.com. Make sure to include your current email and the new email you’d like to switch to.
