  • In which countries is this benefit available?

Currently, ClassPass is available in: Chile, the United States, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Brazil, and the United Kingdom.

  • What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a flexible, credit-based system that allows users to mix and personalize services such as yoga, Pilates, HIIT workouts, massages, meditation, beauty treatments, and more.

It offers a wide variety of options, from gym chains to boutique workouts and specialized services. Additionally, ClassPass supports both physical and mental well-being with on-demand workouts and access to wellness appointments, all tailored to each user’s lifestyle.

  • What does it include?

It includes access to the ClassPass app, where you can find over 100 gyms, fitness and wellness classes, spa appointments, salons, and an on-demand workout library.

  • How does it work?

  1. Select your plan and purchase it through Atlas:

    This means you subscribe to a monthly plan that provides you with a set number of credits.
    You can choose from different subscription levels depending on how many credits you need.

  2. Book with credits:

    Each class or service has a credit cost, which varies based on the center’s popularity, time, and location.
    Use your credits to book classes at different gyms and studios.

  3. Access more services:
    Beyond workouts, you can also use credits for wellness services like massages or spa treatments (availability depends on the city).

Keep in mind:

  • You can try different activities without committing to a single gym.

  • Some subscriptions allow you to roll over unused credits to the next month.

  • The number of available credits depends on the plan you choose.

  • What happens if I cancel a reservation?

You can see the cancellation period for each booking when you make it (usually 12 hours). If you cancel on time, you won’t be charged, and the credits used for the booking will be automatically refunded to your account. If you cancel late, a late cancellation fee will apply.

  • What happens if I miss a reservation?

If you miss a reservation without canceling, your credits will not be refunded, and you will be charged a no-show fee.

  • How do I activate it?

Request the benefit by clicking on “Buy.” You will receive an email with your username and password to access the ClassPass app.

  • How long does activation take?

Activating this benefit may take up to 5 business days (though we’ll try to process it sooner).

  • How is it paid?

The payment for this benefit is automatically deducted from your account on the first day of each month.

  • How do I choose the right plan?

ClassPass offers four different plans—Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum—each with a different number of credits, depending on the country.

You should choose your plan based on the number of credits you need. Credits can be used to book a class or an appointment. The number of credits required for a booking varies based on the type of reservation, location, popularity, and time.

  • How do I change my plan?

If you want to change your ClassPass plan, please contact us at clientes@heyatlas.com. Do not make changes directly through ClassPass.

  • How do I cancel the benefit?

From our platform, go to "Active Benefits", select ClassPass, open it, and click "Cancel Subscription". We will process the cancellation for you.

If you do not want to be charged for the benefit, you must cancel it before the end of the previous month.

All subscription benefits are renewed (and charged) on the first day of each month.
