Access One

Access One is a health plan that extends your local medical coverage and allows you to address high-risk medical conditions with significant economic impact at the best medical centers in the world. It gives you peace of mind by providing access to medical technology and treatments that are, in some cases, unavailable in certain countries in the region.

What does it include?

How does the purchase process work?

  1. Go to our platform and select the Wellness category.

  2. Purchase the benefit by clicking Obtain Benefit.

  3. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your subscription.

How is it used?

Once your Access One membership is active, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the necessary information, including your membership number.

With this membership number, you can begin using the services included in your coverage at the medical centers within your network.

When does the benefit become active?

Activation may take 1 to 5 business days, longer in cases of pre-existing conditions.

How is it paid?

Payments are made monthly. The amount will be automatically debited from your account on the first day of each month.

Does it have an expiration date?

This benefit does not have an expiration date. You can cancel it anytime.
