It’s a non-reloadable prepaid card issued by Sutton Bank, member of the FDIC, under license from Visa U.S.A., Inc.
Any online merchant that accepts Visa should accept this card.
How do I purchase it?
You can get the Prepaid Visa Card through the Atlas app. Shortly after, you'll receive the card via email.
How do I access my card?
When you purchase the Prepaid Visa Card, you’ll receive two emails: one from Atlas confirming your benefit, and another from Tremendous with the sender "Atlas via Tremendous rewards@reward.tremendous.com". Be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
The Tremendous email will include a unique link to your card page, which is only accessible through that email. If you can’t find it, reach out to help@tremendous.com for assistance.
What is the exchange rate?
1 Atlas point equals 1 USD. It's important to note that when using this card in Argentina, the official exchange rate will apply.
What information do I need to provide when registering, and why?
You’ll need to provide your email address and full name. You’ll also be required to read and accept the Cardholder Agreement.
The Tremendous Visa® Rewards Card is subject to certain federal banking rules and regulations, which is why Tremendous must collect a minimum amount of information from cardholders.
How long does it take?
You’ll receive your Prepaid Visa Card within 24 business hours after purchasing it on Atlas (often sooner!).
How do I use my card?
You can use your card to make online purchases, just like a credit card, as long as the authorized amount does not exceed the available balance.
This card does not have a billing address associated with it, so you can use your own address when shopping online.
You can also add the Visa Prepaid Card to your mobile wallet (Android or iOS) and pay in physical stores using contactless technology.
In addition, you can link your Visa Prepaid Card to your Mercado Pago account to pay in physical stores using a QR code. Simply scan the code and select the card you have added.
Where can I use it?
